Starting from Midleton, this route climbs over the Nagle Mountains to Kanturk before tackling the Boggeragh Mountains and the challenging Pass of Keimaneigh. After a descent to Ballylickey, riders traverse the dramatic Beara Peninsula, passing through Glengarriff and Adrigole on the way to Castletownbere.
