Claiming Awards
The tracker checks your completed rides against each award automatically. When you meet the requirements, awards that need an external submission appear on the Claims page. Awards without a form, including Super Randonneur and the Brevet distance awards, are recorded automatically and appear in Achievements.
Looking for an older award? Automatic detection focuses on your current progress. Use Past Award Scan on the Achievements page to check earlier seasons.
Ready and Pending Claims
Awards that are ready to claim appear first. Below those, Pending submission shows forms you still need to send and confirm.
Awards ready to claim appear before forms already in progress.
- Generate claim form opens the claim form tools for an award that needs a document. Download the completed form, then send it to the relevant organising body yourself.
- External claim applies to International Super Randonneur claims. The tracker provides your ride details and a link to the external form, but does not submit it for you.
Generate a Claim Form
For awards that generate a document in the tracker, Generate with Personal Details lets you enter the information needed to pre-fill the document. Download with Ride Data Only leaves your personal details for you to add later. Personal information entered here is used to create the file and is not stored.
Expand Qualifying rides to review what will appear on the form. The tracker also warns you when an ACP claim includes rides without homologation numbers.
Choose whether to add personal details or download a form with ride data only.
Expand Qualifying rides to review the rides that will be included in the form.
Choose Which Rides Count
If another ride can fill the same award slot, the form shows Swap Rides. Open it, select a qualifying ride, and choose a replacement from the available alternatives. Select Done to return to the claim form. The generated document uses your chosen rides.
Swapping can keep a particular ride available for a future claim that cannot reuse it, or let you use a ride with more complete details. The option only appears when a valid alternative exists.
Expand a qualifying ride to see the valid replacements for that award slot.
Pending Submission
Downloading a form creates an open claim and reserves its qualifying rides. For an International Super Randonneur claim, choose Use these rides for my claim, then Start claim after opening the external form. You still need to send or complete the claim with the relevant organising body. The claim card then offers Download again, I’ve sent the form, and Cancel claim.
A generated form stays visible until you confirm that you sent it.
Download again reopens the form tools so you can download a fresh document. Cancel claim releases any reserved rides and returns the award to Ready to claim.
Submitted Claims
After sending a form to the relevant organising body, select I’ve sent the form. Its receipt remains visible under Submitted claims, while the full award record appears in Achievements. Awards that do not need a form are recorded in Achievements automatically.
For most ride-based awards, a submitted claim reserves its qualifying rides from future instances of that award. The rides can still count toward different awards, but key fields such as date, distance, and ride type cannot be changed, and the ride cannot be deleted. Cumulative Brevet 2000 and Brevet 5000 records are non-exclusive and do not apply these ride locks.
Some awards can be ready at the same time but cannot use the same rides. Claiming one can therefore change whether another remains ready. When RRTY and RRTY 100 are both complete, Claims presents RRTY first; RRTY 100 appears afterwards only if a separate set of rides still covers all twelve months. Recorded claims do not stop you earning the same award again with a different qualifying set.
