RRTY and RRTY 100 (Randonneur Round the Year)
A consistency award that rewards year-round riding: one qualifying ride in each of 12 consecutive months. RRTY asks for 200 km or more each month; RRTY 100 asks for 100 km or more. The streak can start in any month and does not reset at the 1 November season boundary.

RRTY
Straightforward in concept but demanding in practice. The winter months (November through February) are the hardest. Shorter days, colder weather, and fewer calendar events mean you often need to rely on permanents to keep the streak alive. Missing a single month breaks the sequence, and a new streak starts from your next qualifying ride.
RRTY 100
The lower threshold makes RRTY 100 more achievable, especially in winter when a 100 km BP or permanent is much easier to fit in than a 200 km ride. It is a good stepping stone if you are building towards RRTY in a future season. A 100 km ride keeps RRTY 100 going but does not count towards RRTY.
Claiming both
RRTY and RRTY 100 share the same pool of qualifying rides, but the same ride cannot be used for both awards. If both are ready at once, Claims shows RRTY first. After those rides are reserved, RRTY 100 is offered only when a different set of qualifying rides still covers all twelve months. See the Claiming Awards guide for details.
The tracker shows your current streak on the Progress page and highlights which months are covered. The Achievements page tracks your longest-ever streak, so even if you do not complete the full 12 months, your progress is recorded.
From the road: Plan your winter months early. Identify a permanent route you can ride in November, December, January, and February. Having a reliable fallback route means bad weather or a cancelled event does not break your streak.
